Thank you, Dallas, for all your help with my new to me car. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and you helped me figure out what I needed since I intend to camp a lot. You not only had to deal with me but my dad and my son (who is in the auto sales business but in Kentucky). Your knowledge and patience won over my dad and said he should have bought his fiance an Ascent instead of her a Honda Passport. Dallas and Skyler were awesome to get me in and out on Monday morning, so I wasn't late for work and had my new car for my camping trip the next day! I appreciate all the follow-up and availability to answer questions after I purchased the car. The team at Grand Junction Subaru is the best 👌

The service department at Grand Junction Subaru is outstanding!! I was greeting at 7:50 a.m. by several service personnel with smiles on their faces and they took very good care of me and my car. Autumn checked my car in for its service and she was very efficient, pleasant, and helpful to me. She gets 10 gold stars for her expertise, positive attitude, and her interaction with me. Thank you so much Autumn!! Then Aubrey was right there to take me home in the Subaru shuttle. He drove very carefully, was pleasant to talk to and I felt very comfortable with him. He returned to pick me up at my home at the exact time I needed to leave to get my car from the dealership. Gold stars for Aubrey as well! Then, I found that my car had not only been serviced but it had also been washed which it really needed. THANK YOU, Grand Junction Subaru. Over many years, I have purchased five Subarus from this dealership because of its excellent customer service and excellent cars.

I took my 2024 Subaru Outback in for its first service here. From making the appointment, to prompt service when I arrived for my appointment, the staff were all so helpful, friendly and professional. My car was done within an hour and they even washed it for me. While I bought my car in the Denver metro area and had equally as great service, making the 4 hour drive for service didn’t make sense, as we recently relocated to a small town near Grand Junction. I’m on my 3rd Subaru and have only the highest praises for the great cars and the great service from all Subaru dealers and their staff.

Came in looking to possibly buy a new Subaru, but very cautious about dealing with any car salesman. Met Ramiro and he was the best salesman we've ever worked with. Very patient, helpful, and honest in guiding us through the various options available that would meet our particular needs. He was a pleasure to work with in every way, including the detailed tour of the car on the day we picked it up. The same with John who took us through all the paperwork on the day of purchase. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and most willing to help in any way. They seem to genuinely believe in the cars they are selling and wanted us, as customers to have the same enthusiasm for our new car. Had a small issue, that we caused, a few days after pickup, took it to the dealer, and Ramiro and several others all gathered around to fix the issue with great attitudes. Brought one of our sons back to meet Ramiro so he can work with Ramiro to get his own new car. Outstanding buying experience, and expect the same from the service department over time. Will send a s many people as we can to this dealership and Ramiro.

My wife and I were visiting family in Grand Junction recently and had a problem with our 2015 Forester. A grinding noise appeared in the front right drivetrain. As it turned out, a rock had gotten stuck in one of the Brake rotors. We took it to GJ Subaru where Service Advisor Robert Sutton took very good care of us. He scheduled the repair for the next day (Saturday) and got us a beautiful loaner vehicle. In addition, Robert checked the history of our car and discovered two safety recalls for our car. He had them taken care of (no charge to us) and also had the mechanic replace a defective license plate lamp AFTER calling us giving us the option to do so. We are completely satisfied with Roberts dedicated attention and consideration to our needs. We are considering a move to Grand Junction and will certainly consider these folks for repairs and a possible new Subaru purchase in the future. We highly recommend these people.
